Micro Finance Volunteer Business Development

Finance & Micro-Finance

Global Mamas creates sustainable livelihoods for women in Africa by promoting their traditional skills in the production of fair trade products. Many of our Mamas own their own micro-enterprises and want to expand or wish to open their own businesses and could benefit from financial training. There are many ways in which we could put your financial skills to use:

  • Work one-on-one with our Mamas to help them understand and evaluate their historical financial data and create budgets and financial plans to achieve their goals.
  • Help our Mamas develop realistic budgets for their new business or expansion goals.
  • Investigate micro-financing options available in the community.
