The first Global 'Papa' of Prampram, TT brings a lot of smiles and laughs to his coworkers, who refer to him as a "funny guy". TT seems to be permanently in a good mood, which is contagious. The best part for TT about working for Global Mamas is that he will be able to learn more about sewing and earn enough money to support his family of a wife and two children, and he sees himself working for Global Mamas in the future. TT says that working for Global Mamas is better than having a personal business because Global Mamas is sure to pay its workers on time as compared to having personal customers who often make late and delayed payments. It would make TT very happy if Global Mamas was around for a long time to provide more jobs for both women and men in Ghana.
